All our products are made to order through a Print-on-Demand process. This means:

We don’t hold physical inventory.
All items are created after an order is placed.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) without notice.

Billing is handled securely through third-party processors including Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful, our official production partner. Shipping times vary depending on destination and product. UGT is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier services.

Express shipping options require a valid phone number at checkout for delivery purposes.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
