Urban Graff Tees – Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or Printful directly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a credit will be applied automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund officially posts.
  3. Contact your bank. Processing times vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are final and non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please ship it to the address above.

  • You are responsible for your own return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
